1. No accounts, no data collection

flexinvoice does not require registration and does not collect your name, email or billing details. All invoice generation and calculations — including the rate calculator and VAT/tax calculator — run entirely inside your browser.

2. Your invoices stay with you

Your invoices, logo, signature and client information are never uploaded to our servers. When you generate a PDF, it is produced and downloaded on your own device. We cannot access it, and neither can anyone else.

3. What we do use

We use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (which pages are visited and how often). This data is anonymized and never tied to a specific person. We also display advertising through Google AdSense (see section 5). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Contact & support

The contact form prepares a message in your email application; it does not submit data to this website. If you send that email, we use it only to respond to your request and retain correspondence only as needed for support and legitimate record-keeping.

5. Advertising & Google AdSense

This website is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons and device identifiers to personalize the ads you see and to measure their performance. This includes the use of advertising cookies and, where available, the DoubleClick cookie, which helps Google and its partners serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Advertising cookies can be used to personalize and measure ads. On this implementation, AdSense advertising code is not loaded until you consent to advertising cookies through the cookie settings panel.

You can control personalized advertising at any time through Google's Ads Settings, and you can opt out of third-party ad cookies via YourAdChoices (US/Canada) or Your Online Choices (EU/EEA/UK).
